Question 1

What do rear 2018 AUDI A5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 36 recorded sales of the 2018 AUDI A5 with rear damage, the median was $7,600, from $4,400 to $11,000. That is 11% above the $6,863 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Is 120,709 miles high for a 2018 AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 AUDI A5 listings at auction averaged 81,424 miles across 1020 sales, so at 120,709 miles this one sits 48% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 3

Who sold this 2018 AUDI A5?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was ERIE INSURANCE GROUP. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 4

Did this 2018 AUDI A5 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 AUDI A5 was listed at IAAI as lot 46284580 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
