Question 1

What do water/flood 2018 AUDI A4 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 23 recorded sales of the 2018 AUDI A4 with water/flood damage, the median was $5,025, from $3,700 to $6,900. That is 12% below the $5,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $13,600 a good price for this 2018 AUDI A4?

Accepted Answer

1207 comparable 2018 AUDI A4 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,700, spanning $3,600 to $9,000. At $13,600 this one went 139% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this AUDI A4 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 AUDI A4's pre-damage retail value at $30,942. It sold for $13,600 — 56% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a non-repairable mean for this AUDI A4?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 AUDI A4 was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 AUDI A4. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 57,355 miles high for a 2018 AUDI A4?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 AUDI A4 listings at auction averaged 81,062 miles across 1207 sales, so at 57,355 miles this one sits 29% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
