Question 1

What do mechanical 2017 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 18 recorded sales of the 2017 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA with mechanical damage, the median was $4,100, from $3,200 to $8,600. That is 21% below the $5,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,900 a good price for this 2017 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA?

Accepted Answer

344 comparable 2017 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA listings sold at auction for a median of $5,200, spanning $3,250 to $9,400. At $4,900 this one went 6% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clean title mean for this ALFA ROMEO GIULIA?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this ALFA ROMEO GIULIA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CT - EAST GRANBY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 120 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

This ALFA ROMEO GIULIA has mechanical and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 134,164 miles high for a 2017 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA listings at auction averaged 80,141 miles across 344 sales, so at 134,164 miles this one sits 67% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
