Question 1

Was $5,800 a good price for this 2020 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA?

Accepted Answer

259 comparable 2020 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA listings sold at auction for a median of $6,500, spanning $3,425 to $10,300. At $5,800 this one went 11% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

How much below its undamaged value did this ALFA ROMEO GIULIA sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA's pre-damage retail value at $13,071. It sold for $5,800 — 56% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this ALFA ROMEO GIULIA?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this ALFA ROMEO GIULIA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in FL - OPA LOCKA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 89,499 miles high for a 2020 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA listings at auction averaged 51,910 miles across 259 sales, so at 89,499 miles this one sits 72% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
